Inner Star Fall Harvest
at Beyul in Meredith, CO
After the abundant light-filled days of summer, fall is an ideal time to pause to retreat, to harvest what we have cultivated through the growing months and fortify our bodies and minds for the more challenging season of winter. In these intense times, it is absolutely essential for each individual to develop tools and practices of self-awareness, compassion and strength in order to support collective regeneration and address the challenges that we are facing in our society and on our planet.
Inner Star’s Fall Harvest Retreat will be held at Beyul. This is a place that fosters connection -- connection to self, connection to nature and connection to community. The retreat will begin with a session on the evening of October 24, end the morning of October 27, and have two sessions a day on the 25th and 26th.
Our Inner Star sessions will weave together stillness, gentle movement, mindfulness practices and insights drawn from both ancient wisdom traditions and modern neuroscience to support holistic well-being and happiness. Morning sessions will be relatively more dynamic and active and afternoon sessions will be more restorative and include time for self-inquiry and practice of interpersonal communication through dyads. Everyone is invited to make the retreat their own by tailoring their experience to their own needs. There are plentiful activities at Beyul including miles of beautiful hiking among the aspens, paddle boarding and kayaking, and there are also plentiful ways to relax, including a beautiful cedar sauna, hot tub and cold plunge pool, massages, and many spots to sit and reflect or read a book on the grounds or in the Lodge.
The goal is that you will leave the retreat feeling grounded, replenished, and inspired to move forward with clarity and verve.
