UPCOMING RETREATS
The Inner Star Weekend Retreats will take place in September 2024, January 2025 and April 2025. They begin Friday and conclude Sundays. These intimate retreat will be a time to pause after the busyness of the life, nourish our bodies and minds, deeply rest, and clarify our intentions and aspirations through reflection and mindful communication. The setting is a family-owned farm and sanctuary with wide views over rolling fields, ancient stone walls and the waters of Buzzards Bay.

DETAILS
Retreats include four Inner Star practice sessions: Friday afternoon, Saturday morning and afternoon, and Sunday morning. (Retreats begin at 3:30 PM on a Friday and conclude at 1:00 PM on Sunday.) These sessions will weave together stillness, gentle movement, mindfulness practices and insights drawn from both ancient wisdom traditions and modern neuroscience to support holistic well-being and happiness. Morning sessions will be relatively dynamic and active and afternoon sessions will be restorative and include time for self-inquiry and practice of mindful interpersonal communication through dyads. Four wholesome and delicious meals will be provided by Renegades Rising, featuring local and seasonal foods. There will also be downtime for rest, reflection and walks around the farm and beach. All movement practice will be accessible and all levels of fitness and yoga experience should feel welcome. It is my hope that you will leave the retreat feeling grounded, replenished, and inspired to move forward with clarity and verve.
Non-residential: $650
Residential: $900 (Please inquire for more details about sleeping accommodations).
Cancellation Policy:
No one books a retreat with the intention of canceling it, but unexpected events do occur, so please consider purchasing trip insurance (see options here) so that you will be covered should you be unable to attend.
Cancellation Terms:

100% of retreat cost to reserve a spot.

If you cancel with more than 60 days before the retreat, there will be 0% cancellation fee and 100% of your fee will be refunded.

If you cancel 30-59 days before the treat, there will be a 25% cancellation fee and 75% of your fee will be refunded.

If you cancel within 30 days of the start of the retreat and IF you or I are able to find a replacement, I will apply a cancellation fee of 25% and I will refund 75%, (If I am not able to fill your space, then no refund will be available.)
